You are not able to create a simple mistake made by you in the delivery address. Instead of correcting the delivery address I was receiving only automated messages anybody from the management reads their Twitter, you will lose all your shoppers with this worst ever service. I have ordered $500 worth merchandise, immediately noticed made a mistake in the delivery address (100% their fault), and for 2 weeks been trying to contact their Support. Live person never responds to Support requests. They made a mistake when sending the package and refuse to help correct the delivery address. I've started a dispute on Paypal, but am not hopeful about the our beloved brand is worse than AliExpress. I have spent almost 3 hours trying to reach this company. I emailed and received a generic response directing me back to the site, where nothing works except placing an order. I clicked the link to Facebook Messenger, which is supposed to respond in 24 hours. When I closed the chat window, the message came that it's not available (this was during the store's business hours). I tried to chat, but the agent didn't come on. I tried to reach the company by phone multiple times on different days. There was no form, and the company cannot guarantee that it receives a return if you don't use their form and/or label. I was supposed to have a return form in the box the garment came in. It didn't fit or look right on me so I looked up returns. ![]() The charge went through on 11/8 and the package arrived in 6 days. I purchased a pair of culottes on through Paypal (unfortunately). ![]()
